The Stellar Empowerment Trust and the Stellar Foundation were established so that Stellar employees and farmers can also participate in the company's success. The recognised foundation ensures that the premiums paid from fair trade flow into social projects that the employees themselves select. The team around Managing Director Willem Roussow continues to set new standards with a great deal of passion, enthusiasm, innovation and technical expertise!
